submitted by Jessica Z. - |Recommended: YesPretty good bang for your buck — Resident parking is easy, but be wary of visitor parking because they will tow. The gate is reassuring plus the proximity to campus means both Waco PD and Campus PD are available. The new renovations as of 2020-2021 are much appreciated. General hallways could use some upkeep but other than that, this place is pretty good Neighbor situation isn't too crazy either. Floors are easy to clean and mop as well.

submitted by Cole W. - |Recommended: YesPretty neat place. — It has a very open and retro feel. My favorite aspect of the complex is the gated parking. There are many amenities that would make every weekend enjoyable without ever needing to leave. The office Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
